This is a major exhibition of important works by the artist and is the first substantial showing of Café Deutschland paintings to be presented in the United States in over three decades.

For summer, Michael Werner Gallery, New York is pleased to present Is Is and Other Works, an exhibition of sculpture by James Lee Byars.  Is Is and Other Works presents three late sculptures which exemplify the artist's "interrogative philosophy" and the artist's obsession with "question" as an aesthetic precept.

Michael Werner Gallery, New York, is pleased to present an exhibition of early drawings by Sigmar Polke. This is the largest and most comprehensive exhibition in the United States of Polke’s works on paper in nearly two decades. The exhibition features nearly 100 works, many of which are being exhibited for the first time.

This exhibition of the artist's felt sculptures is the first to be presented outside of Europe, offering a rare opportunity to examine a significant, though little-known, body of work by one of the most important artists of the post-war generation.
