Peter Saul: Special Edition Rizzoli Monograph

Michael Werner Gallery and Rizzoli are pleased to announce a special edition of the new Peter Saul monograph that was published this fall. Overseen by the artist himself, this is the first major monograph of Saul’s paintings and drawings. This landmark volume includes several important contributions, including essays by Los Angeles–based critic Bruce Hainley; Richard Shiff, renowned art historian; and Annabelle Ténèze, Chief Curator and Director of Les Abattoirs in Toulouse, France. The book also features new commentary from the artist on some of the major works from various periods in his career, and a 20-page booklet, penned by the artist and reprinted in facsimile, titled “My Life Story.”

The special edition is limited to 100 copies worldwide and includes an original signed and numbered hard ground etching by the artist, housed in a clamshell case alongside a signed copy of the monograph.

The special edition is only available through Michael Werner Gallery. To purchase, please contact newyork@michaelwerner.com.
